This time, a slightly longer post…

As I continue writing the sequel to the Magia Trilogy — The Seer of Kischmet — I’ve been thinking a lot about the structure of Magia…
How is it built? What is it made of? How does it really work?
What can a Magisto do? And what is the role of a Keeper?

And while I write, I find myself thinking of you — the reader.
“My mother once told me: write in service of the reader, not yourself.”
A good piece of advice. One I return to often.
Another, equally important: Write the book you yourself would want to read.

But I digress.

Because sometimes I wonder:
Are you, as readers, aware of your own magical powers?
Sometimes, as an author, I suddenly get a personal message.
Not public. No likes, stars or hashtags.
Just a few lines that truly touch me:

“I didn’t see that ending coming.”
“Thank you for the reading experience.”
“I can’t wait for the sequel.”

And then I remember: this is why I write.
For the journey you take from your own chair — into a world I created.
To escape real life for a while. To just let go for a moment.
But also… for the recognition — something I, too, deeply cherish as a writer and a human being.
It’s that moment of connection between author and reader.

Yes, know this…

You hold magic, too.
